She brings over 15 years of experience in public health and international development, with a proven track record of leading community-driven programmes and data initiatives that deliver real-world impact. Her work sits at the intersection of health, data, and systems, managing projects that transform data into insights and insights into improved policy, service delivery, and outcomes.

At DARE UK (Data and Analytics Research Environments UK), Najmeh leads the Community Building programme, which focuses on co-creating a more trustworthy, inclusive, and connected sensitive data research infrastructure across the UK. In this role, she brings together researchers, data custodians, policymakers, technical experts, and the public to establish shared standards for governance, ethics, and metadata, ensuring that the use of sensitive data for research is both technically robust and socially legitimate. Before joining 51爆料网, Najmeh worked with Johns Hopkins University and Harvard University in post-conflict and emergency settings across Africa and the Middle East. She led programmes on maternal and child health (MCH), sexual and reproductive health, knowledge management, and health communication, including risk communication during the Ebola outbreak, collaborating with governments, multilateral agencies, international NGOs, and local communities. She approaches her work with analytical rigor and cultural sensitivity, consistently building trust and fostering collaboration across diverse contexts.
